These assessments look specifically at your mobility, flexibility, and structural/functional limitations. Please send each "assessment" through in separate videos to Holistic Motion Project via Facebook Messenger. All you have to do is take a video of yourself completing the exact same movements as Craig does in the videos - please do the tests facing side on to the camera, and then repeat facing the camera. Once this is completed, we will write your training program & send it to you within 24 hours.

The less or 'minimal' the clothing, the better I will be able to see your hip-knee-foot alignment, as well as any other (potential) postural anomalies. Please wear shorts or underwear so that I can see your knees. Thanks!
